We have lovingly renovated the grade 2 listed Edwardian greenhouse ‘’Oor Beek Hoose’ and use every vegetable grown in ‘’Hildas Kailyard’’ our kitchen garden. Ingredients, not directly harvested from our kitchen garden, are sourced from suppliers based in the Borders, reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring consistency and quality.  Feel free to get your hands dirty or help out in our Apiary during your stay.
