Our intimate restaurant has been awarded two AA rosettes reflecting the consistently high standards of cuisine, service and wine selection.

Bar

Our cosy but well-stocked bar is home to a wide range of single malts, Scottish gins, locally produced craft beers and an imaginative wine list.

Kitchen Garden

We are passionate about growing! Our kitchen garden is now well established and we grow as much as possible in the grounds of Windlestraw.

Provenance

We source our ingredients from suppliers based in the Borders, this ensures consistency and quality — supporting both the environment as well as the local community. We have renovated the Edwardian greenhouse and use every vegetable grown in our kitchen garden.
