Our two AA Rosette restaurant uses seasonal ingredients grown in our kitchen garden or sourced from local suppliers to create classic dishes, presented with a modern and personal touch.

Provenance

We source our ingredients from suppliers based in the Borders, this ensures consistency and quality — supporting both the environment as well as the local community. We have renovated the Edwardian greenhouse and use every vegetable grown in our kitchen garden.

Our small but well-stocked bar is home to a wide range of single malts, Scottish gins, and locally produced craft beers, while our imaginative wine list is designed to enhance your dining experience.
