Suspension

Regrettably, in response to government advice on COVID-19 we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend trading. 

Having only recently commenced our 6th year in the belief it would be our most rewarding yet, we are very saddened to have to make this decision. We truly appreciate the recent messages of support but the safety of our guests, our small but committed team and the wider community has to be our priority. We urge everyone to be responsible and follow recent government guidelines regarding social isolation.

Resilience

Windlestraw is a small family run business and we have achieved so much in the past five years with the support of our friends, our suppliers, our staff and our loyal guests. We are down at the moment, but we are most certainly not out. We are determined that Windlestraw will reopen at the earliest opportunity with renewed vigour and passion and we are sure you will return to support us.

Change date, reduce rate

The next few months will be a challenging time for everyone and we are asking for your support. A couple of actions would greatly contribute to our recovery and be appreciated.

• If you have a current booking falling within the next few months, you change dates rather than cancel.

• If you were planning a stay that is now postponed, you confirm a stay later in the year.

We will reciprocate your support by offering a discounted rate on your new bookings by way of a ‘’ Beyond19’’ gift voucher now available for purchase on our website.

All current year gift vouchers expiry dates will be extended to 31st December 2020.
