Provenance

We source our ingredients from suppliers based in the Borders, this ensures consistency and quality — supporting both the environment as well as the local community. We have renovated the Edwardian greenhouse and use every vegetable grown in our kitchen garden.

Toast

Our small but well-stocked bar is home to a wide range of single malts, Scottish gins,  and locally produced craft beers, while our imaginative wine list is designed to enhance your dining experience.

If pampering is a rare and glorious treat, then Windlestraw will more than meet any expectations. We’ll remember this gem of a place which showed us what all hotels should be like. Perfect.
