Cancellation Policy

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Windlestraw Lodge. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival are liable to lose deposit. Cancellations received within 24 hours are liable to be charged in full unless we are able to re-let the accommodation to another client.
